Booking & Reservations

How do I book a shuttle?

You can book online through our website or contact us directly by calling +1 (425) 979-5999 or emailing info@everettshuttle.com. Advance reservations are recommended, especially during peak travel times.

Do you offer door-to-door service?

Yes. We provide door-to-door pickup and drop-off from your home, hotel, or place of business directly to the airport and back.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child and booster seats are available upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can confirm availability.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on driver availability — call us to check.

Do you provide shuttle service for large groups?

Yes. We accommodate group travel of all sizes. For larger groups, we can arrange a dedicated vehicle. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.

How to find my ride at the airport?

Pre-Arranged Pickups: Please collect your bags from baggage claim and walk right out to the curb. The door you will walk out from has a number on it; please call us with that door number, and the car will pick you up within five minutes. Your car is on standby after your flight lands.

Right Away Pickups: Collect your luggage and walk right out to the curb. The door you walk out from has a number on it; please call us with that door number, and the car will pick you up within 5–10 minutes.

AT THE AIRPORT

How will I identify my driver?

Your driver will call or text you directly once you provide your exit door number at the terminal. This gives you a direct line to your driver for quick, easy identification.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including all holidays.

LUGGAGE & PETS

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring two standard-sized bags plus one carry-on at no extra charge. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra fees — contact us in advance if you’re packing heavy.

Are pets allowed on the shuttle?

Small pets in carriers are welcome. Service animals ride at no extra charge. Please notify us at the time of booking so we can prepare accordingly.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
