Airport reservations

Bookings to the airport are valid only for the time and date specified. Reservations from the airport are valid only for the date specified. Everett Shuttle is not responsible for customer error resulting in unused reservations or missed flights. When changing the pickup or drop-off location of a reservation, rates are subject to change and additional charges may apply.

Service types

Everett Shuttle to the airport: This service is a private, direct transportation service utilizing luxury Sedans, SUVs, and Vans for non-stop transportation to the airport.

"Will Call" from the airport: Airport "Will Call" reservations vary by airport authority and are a curbside pickup, where allowable. After collecting his/her luggage, the customer must call the number included in the confirmation for further instructions on where to meet the driver ("Operator"). Dispatch may ask for an identifying clothing color so the Operator can differentiate the customer from others waiting on the boarding curb.

"Meet and Greet" from the airport: Airport "Meet and Greet" reservations will require an additional fee. The Everett Shuttle operator will meet the customer in baggage claim with a personalized sign/placard. The Operator will assist the customer with luggage and proceed to the parking area to board the vehicle.

Section 04

Short notice reservations.

A short notice reservation is defined as any booking made less than two (2) hours before the requested pick-up time. While Everett Shuttle strives to accommodate all reservation requests, we cannot guarantee service availability or on-time arrival for short notice bookings.

Service availability

The ability to fulfill a short notice reservation is subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to:

  • Pickup and drop-off locations: Availability may vary based on distance, traffic conditions, and operational constraints.
  • Current vehicle availability: Our fleet operates on a scheduled basis, and last-minute bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability at the time of request.
  • Traffic and external conditions: Factors such as road congestion, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact service timeliness.
Important

We strongly recommend booking your ride at least two hours in advance to ensure guaranteed service and on-time arrival. If a short notice reservation is accepted, Everett Shuttle will make every effort to provide timely service but does not guarantee adherence to the requested pick-up time. If we are unable to fulfill a short notice reservation, our customer support team will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options if available.

Section 05

Reservation abandonment & cancellation.

We understand that travel plans may change. The following policies cover what happens if a customer cannot be located at pickup, and the cancellation timing required for refunds.

Reservation abandonment

Reservation abandonment occurs when the Operator arrives at the designated pick-up location but is unable to locate the customer and cannot establish contact using the "Day of Travel" phone number provided at the time of booking. In such cases, the Operator will wait for a reasonable period (typically 10–15 minutes) before classifying the reservation as abandoned.

If the customer remains unreachable or fails to appear within the waiting period:

  • The reservation will be marked as abandoned.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued.
  • The full fare will be charged.

To avoid reservation abandonment, please ensure you are at the designated pick-up location at the scheduled time, your "Day of Travel" contact number is accurate and accessible, and you notify us in advance if there are any delays or changes to your plans.

24-hour cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund or credit for future use.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable, and the full fare will be charged.

This policy ensures that our drivers and fleet are scheduled efficiently and that all passengers receive reliable service. For any changes or cancellations, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Section 06

Additional fees & charges.

At Everett Shuttle, we strive to provide transparent and competitive pricing. However, certain additional fees may apply depending on the nature of your trip.

Tolls, taxes, and additional fees

Tolls, Taxes, and Additional Fees Unless otherwise stated during the booking process, all quoted fares include applicable road tolls, airport fees, and state and local taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the total transportation fare you will pay. Additional charges will only apply if you request changes to your reservation or additional services after your booking is confirmed, such as extra stops, extended wait time beyond the included allowance, vehicle upgrades, child seats, or other optional services. Any applicable charges will be communicated to you before they are applied.

Exclusive non-stop airport transfers

Our Exclusive, Non-Stop Airport Transfer Service includes private transportation in a Sedan, SUV, or Van, ensuring direct and uninterrupted travel to or from the airport. A flat-rate fare is quoted at the time of booking and is guaranteed unless modifications are made to the reservation. Any additional stop requests or route changes may result in added fees.

Extra stop fee

Customers may request additional stops during an airport transfer or point-to-point reservation for an added charge. The cost of extra stops varies based on the location of the additional stop, the vehicle operator's discretion, and additional mileage. Extra stop fees do not apply to hourly charter reservations.

Wait fees

Wait fees are applied when a driver arrives at the scheduled pick-up location but must wait beyond the grace period due to customer delays. Short delays (a few minutes) may not incur a charge. Excessive wait times will be billed based on the duration of the delay and the impact on scheduling. To avoid waiting fees, please ensure that you are ready for pick-up at the scheduled time.

Ferry, parking, and other fees

If a reservation includes travel that requires a ferry crossing, additional ferry fees will be applied to cover ticket cost and driver/vehicle fees. If a driver must park while waiting for a customer (such as at an airport, hotel, or special event), the customer will be responsible for any parking fees incurred. These fees will be added to the final fare unless prepaid as part of a specialized service package.

Section 07

Payment policy & authorization.

To secure a reservation with Everett Shuttle, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that your requested transportation service is confirmed and scheduled accordingly.

Payment at booking

Payments can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or other approved payment methods through our secure online booking system. Any charges processed at the time of booking are refundable only under the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Card authorization for additional charges

By providing your payment details at the time of booking, you authorize Everett Shuttle to securely store your card information for any applicable additional charges that may arise during your ride, including but not limited to:

  • Tolls, taxes, and surcharges (if not included in the original fare).
  • Extra stop fees for any additional stops requested during the trip.
  • Wait fees if the driver is required to wait beyond the designated grace period.
  • Ferry fees if the route requires ferry transportation.
  • Parking fees incurred due to necessary parking arrangements.
  • Cleaning fees in cases of excessive spills, stains, or damages caused by passengers.

Any additional fees incurred will be charged to the payment method on file. A receipt detailing the additional charges will be emailed to the customer after the trip is completed.

Section 08

Identification for high-value transactions.

To ensure the security of our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Everett Shuttle has implemented an identification verification policy for reservations exceeding $200.

Acceptable forms of ID

  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • State or National ID Card
  • Military ID

Failure to provide identification

If a customer is unable or unwilling to provide valid identification matching the reservation details, Everett Shuttle reserves the right to decline service. In such cases the reservation may be canceled without a refund if identification cannot be verified. Everett Shuttle will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused due to the inability to verify the customer's identity.

Section 09

Vouchers.

Company vouchers

Company-issued vouchers serve as a form of payment and the original, hard-copy voucher must be presented to the vehicle operator in the vehicle, at the time of payment. Additional payment may be required to cover the cost of your ride. If the value on the voucher exceeds the reservation fee, the difference will not be returned.

Vouchers provided by Everett Shuttle are only valid for one year from date of issue or marked expiration date, whichever comes first. Expired vouchers will not be reissued and cannot be redeemed as a form of payment. Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Company-issued vouchers serve only as a form of payment and do not constitute a reservation. Customers must still schedule a reservation in advance to ensure pick-up.

Third party vouchers

Everett Shuttle permits a variety of partners to re-sell its services, including travel agents, travel aggregators, and transportation aggregators. For third party providers, terms and conditions for services and vouchers will be established by the provider but shall not supersede the Terms established herein by Everett Shuttle.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the terms of any services purchased match the service for which they intend to use it, prior to any posted expiration dates. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed as a form of payment. Refunds, changes to reservations, and billing issues on reservations made through third party travel partners and agents must be directed to the third-party provider or agent firm for assistance.

Section 10

Late payments may be subject to penalties, including late fees or temporary suspension of the account.

Credit approval & eligibility

Direct Bill Accounts are typically managed as part of Corporate Accounts designed for businesses, organizations, and frequent travelers. To establish a Direct Bill Account, customers must submit a credit application for approval. Everett Shuttle reserves the right to conduct a credit evaluation before approving an account and may request additional financial documentation if necessary.

If you need to cancel your booking, you must do so by logging into your Everett Shuttle account, navigating to your Travel History, selecting the reservation you wish to cancel, and following the prompts to complete the cancellation process. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Important notes

Modifications made during peak travel periods or holidays may incur additional charges due to high demand. Cancellations and modifications are subject to our Cancellation Policy, including potential refund eligibility based on the timing of the request. Failure to cancel a reservation in accordance with our policy may result in full fare charges without eligibility for a refund.

Section 14

Cancellation & refund policy.

At Everett Shuttle, we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining efficient scheduling. The following policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and the applicable cancellation fees.

Refund eligibility

Full refund: A full refund will be issued if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations must be made through your Everett Shuttle account or by contacting our customer support team.

Partial refund with cancellation fee: If you are unable to take your scheduled ride due to unexpected circumstances, you may still be eligible for a partial refund (minus a cancellation fee). To qualify, you must cancel your booking within 24 hours after your scheduled pick-up time using our online platform. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be processed accordingly.

Non-refundable cancellations: If the cancellation request is made beyond the 24-hour window after the scheduled pick-up time, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued. Failure to cancel your reservation in accordance with this policy will result in a non-refundable charge for the entire fare.

Credit card refund processing

Once a refund request is approved, Everett Shuttle will process the refund within 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays). The refund will be sent to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution. Customers are encouraged to check with their bank or credit card provider for updates on the status of the refund.

Section 15

Corporate account refunds.

Everett Shuttle is committed to ensuring a smooth refund process for our corporate account clients. The following outlines the refund procedures for corporate accounts, specifically for check refunds.

Check refund processing

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed daily and entered into our financial system for disbursement. Refunds issued via check are processed once per week, with checks being prepared and mailed every Friday.

Delivery timeline

Refund checks will be mailed to the address provided by the corporate account holder at the time of the request. Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and are subject to delays due to federal holidays or other mail disruptions. If an incorrect mailing address is provided or changes occur after submission, it is the responsibility of the corporate account holder to notify Everett Shuttle immediately to prevent delays.

Section 16

Seat belt policy.

At Everett Shuttle, customer safety is our top priority. To ensure the well-being of all passengers, we require compliance with seat belt laws at all times while inside our vehicles.

Seat belt requirement

All Everett Shuttle vehicles are equipped with properly functioning seat belts for every passenger. Passengers are required to wear seat belts for the duration of the ride, as mandated by local and state laws. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their seat belt is securely fastened immediately upon entering the vehicle and remains fastened throughout the trip.

Compliance & operator discretion

Everett Shuttle strictly adheres to all applicable state and federal safety regulations concerning passenger restraint systems. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that children and minors comply with seat belt and child safety seat laws as required by local and state regulations. Failure to comply with seat belt laws may result in legal penalties, including fines imposed by law enforcement.

Operators reserve the right to deny service to any passenger who refuses to wear a seat belt or fails to comply with applicable seat belt laws. If a passenger refuses to fasten their seat belt and does not comply after being advised by the driver, the operator may terminate the trip immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

Section 17

Vehicle capacity & luggage.

Seating capacity

Our fleet consists of sedans, SUVs, and vans, each with designated seating capacities based on vehicle type and safety regulations:

  • Sedans: Typically accommodate up to 3 passengers with limited luggage space.
  • SUVs: Typically accommodate up to 6 passengers, also with limited luggage space.
  • Vans: Capacity varies by model and location; customers should confirm availability when booking.

Seating capacity may vary depending on regional availability and vehicle model. Please verify your specific needs when making a reservation.

Luggage guidelines

Standard luggage allowance is based on available cargo space per vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage (such as large suitcases, sports equipment, or additional bags) may exceed the vehicle's capacity and require a second vehicle at an additional cost. To avoid last-minute issues, customers should inform Everett Shuttle at the time of booking if traveling with extra luggage, large items, or specialty equipment.

Safety & compliance

All passengers must be seated in a designated seat equipped with a working seat belt. State laws strictly prohibit overloading vehicles beyond their designated seating capacity. Any attempt to exceed the legally allowed passenger limit may require additional vehicle reservations, which will be billed accordingly. The driver has the authority to deny service or adjust the reservation if seating or luggage capacity is exceeded beyond safety guidelines.

Section 18

No smoking policy.

Everett Shuttle is committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and safe travel experience for all passengers. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and air quality, smoking is strictly prohibited in all Everett Shuttle vehicles.

Prohibited substances

The use of cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), vaping devices, and any other smoking-related products is strictly forbidden inside all vehicles. The use of controlled or illegal substances is also strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

Compliance & enforcement

Operators reserve the right to deny service or discontinue a trip if a passenger is found smoking in violation of this policy. Customers who violate the no-smoking policy may be subject to cleaning fees to restore the vehicle's interior, as well as potential fines or penalties in accordance with Everett Shuttle's service agreement.

Section 19

Special handling & accessible transport.

Everett Shuttle is committed to providing inclusive and accessible transportation for all passengers, including those with disabilities or special mobility needs.

Accessible services

Everett Shuttle offers wheelchair-accessible vehicles to accommodate passengers who use manual or motorized wheelchairs, ensuring safe and convenient transport. Passengers traveling with service animals are fully accommodated in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Service animals are welcome aboard at no additional charge.

If special assistance is required, customers are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking so that appropriate accommodation can be arranged.

Reservation requirements

All Everett Shuttle services require reservations to ensure vehicle availability and proper accommodation of accessibility needs. To guarantee the availability of an accessible vehicle, we recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during peak travel periods. Our trained drivers and staff are dedicated to assisting customers with disabilities and will provide reasonable accommodation to ensure a safe and smooth travel experience.

Section 20

Traveling with children.

Booking for children

When making an online reservation, please indicate the number of children traveling to ensure adequate seating accommodation. Children cannot ride on the lap of an adult under any circumstances, as prohibited by state safety laws. Every child must have their own designated seat equipped with a working safety belt.

Child safety seats

If your child is under the minimum age/weight standards required by state law, you must provide an approved child safety seat that meets all legal safety requirements. Everett Shuttle does not provide car seats; it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to bring and properly secure an approved child safety seat before travel.

Laws regarding child safety restraints vary by state. We strongly recommend that parents and guardians familiarize themselves with the child passenger safety laws of all states in which they will be traveling.

Safety guidelines

All children must remain properly seated and secured in their designated seats for the duration of the trip. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times while inside the vehicle. If proper seating arrangements and safety restraints are not met at the time of pickup, Everett Shuttle reserves the right to deny service without a refund in order to comply with safety regulations.

Section 21

Traveling minors policy.

Age requirement for unaccompanied minors

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a responsible adult for the entire duration of the trip. Everett Shuttle does not permit unaccompanied minors to travel alone in any of our vehicles.

Operator discretion

Our drivers and operators reserve the right to refuse service if a minor is not old enough to ride alone and is unaccompanied by an adult. If a reservation is made for an underage passenger without an accompanying adult, the trip will be canceled, and a refund may not be issued.

Parent/guardian responsibility

It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure proper supervision and accompaniment for minors during their journey. Parents/guardians must provide accurate contact information in case of an emergency or unexpected travel disruption.

Section 22

Pet policy.

Everett Shuttle welcomes pets and service animals aboard our vehicles, ensuring a comfortable and safe travel experience for all passengers.

Pet travel requirements

All non-service animals must be pre-booked to ensure proper accommodation.

Kennel requirement: All pets, except service animals, must be securely placed in an appropriately sized, well-ventilated, and fully enclosed carrier for the duration of the ride.

  • Pets less than 20 pounds may be transported in a lap carrier as long as the carrier remains securely fastened during transit.
  • Pets over 25 pounds may require booking an exclusive van reservation to ensure adequate space and comfort.

Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and accustomed to travel. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that carriers remain clean and odor-free.

Service animals

Service animals are always permitted in Everett Shuttle vehicles in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). No kennel is required for service animals; however, passengers should be mindful of vehicle space limitations when booking a ride. To ensure a seamless experience, customers traveling with service animals should indicate this when making a reservation.

Section 23

User responsibility & booking accuracy.

Accurate information

By submitting a reservation request, the customer agrees that all provided information—including pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates, times, contact details, and passenger count—is accurate and complete. Everett Shuttle is not responsible for errors or mistakes made by customers while booking through our website, mobile application, or customer service representatives.

Confirmation & review

To assist customers in verifying their reservation details, Everett Shuttle provides:

  • Email confirmation: A detailed confirmation email is sent immediately after booking, outlining the reservation details. Customers should review this email carefully and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.
  • Automated reminder calls: In select locations, customers will receive an automated reminder call the day before their scheduled pickup. This provides an additional opportunity to verify details and make necessary changes.

Liability for user errors

Customers who identify errors in their reservation must contact Everett Shuttle at least four (4) hours in advance to request modifications. Everett Shuttle is not liable for missed rides, incorrect pickup/drop-off locations, or any other inconveniences resulting from customer errors in the booking process. Any costs incurred due to incorrect information provided by the customer—including additional fares, wait fees, or last-minute rescheduling—will be the customer's responsibility.

Section 24

Travel times, delays & service advisories.

Travel delays

Everett Shuttle and its partners cannot guarantee exact arrival or drop-off times due to factors such as heavy traffic congestion, severe weather conditions (snowstorms, heavy rain, fog, etc.), road closures, detours, or accidents, unscheduled transportation or security delays, and any other unforeseen disruptions beyond our control.

While we make every effort to provide timely service, we are not liable for delays caused by these external factors. If a significant delay is anticipated, Everett Shuttle reserves the right to cancel reservations in advance and issue a full refund to affected customers.

Customer notifications

In cases where service interruptions, delays, or route changes occur due to severe weather, traffic incidents, or operational disruptions, Everett Shuttle will make every effort to inform customers in advance through our official website, company blog or social media channels, and email or SMS notifications for affected customers. We encourage all passengers to check for updates before their scheduled travel, particularly during peak travel times or inclement weather conditions.

Customer responsibility

Customers should allow extra time when planning transportation, particularly for airport transfers, cruise terminal drop-offs, or time-sensitive travel. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor weather conditions, flight schedules, and local traffic reports to anticipate potential delays. Everett Shuttle will not reimburse costs incurred due to missed flights, appointments, or other travel connections resulting from uncontrollable delays.

Section 25

Lost & found policy.

Reporting lost items

If you believe you have left an item in an Everett Shuttle vehicle, please contact our Lost & Found Department as soon as possible by calling Everett Shuttle Customer Support at +1 (425) 979-5999, submitting a Lost Item Report via our official website, or visiting our designated office location.

Required information

To help us locate your lost item, you will be required to provide a description of the item (color, brand, size, distinguishing features), date and time of your ride, pickup and drop-off locations, vehicle details (if known), and your contact information. Providing as much detail as possible will expedite the search process.

Recovery & limitations

If your lost item is found, our team will contact you with further instructions on how to retrieve it. Customers are responsible for arranging pickup of recovered items at an Everett Shuttle location or covering any applicable shipping costs if the item is mailed. Unclaimed items will be held for a limited period before being discarded or donated.

Everett Shuttle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property left behind in our vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to recover lost items but cannot guarantee retrieval. Valuable or sensitive items (e.g., electronics, passports, wallets) should be kept securely in your possession at all times.

Section 26

Service pricing & descriptions.

Vehicle pricing & list price

The List Price displayed for vehicles and fleet services on our website represents the full retail price set by the vehicle provider or service operator, a suggested price based on standard industry practices, or an estimated retail value for a comparable vehicle or service offered elsewhere.

The List Price is intended as a comparative price estimate and may not always reflect the prevailing rate in every location or on any given day. For vehicle sets or fleet packages, the List Price may represent an "open-stock" pricing model, meaning the sum of the estimated or suggested retail prices for each vehicle included in the package.

Pricing accuracy & adjustments

Everett Shuttle makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of vehicle pricing; however, in the event of a mispricing or error in the displayed fare, we may contact the customer before their scheduled ride to confirm whether they would like to proceed with the corrected fare, or cancel the booking and provide notification of the cancellation if the customer does not agree to the updated price.

Everett Shuttle is not obligated to honor incorrect pricing that results from technical errors, system malfunctions, or unintended miscalculations.

Pricing variability

Prices for fleet services may fluctuate based on availability, demand, seasonal variations, local regulations, and provider-set rates. Promotional discounts, exclusive offers, or third-party partnerships may impact final pricing. Everett Shuttle reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice to reflect market conditions or operational adjustments.

Section 27

Changes to terms & conditions.

Everett Shuttle reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates in business operations, legal requirements, industry standards, or service enhancements.

It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of Everett Shuttle services, including visiting our website, making reservations, or participating in any program after the publication of an updated agreement, constitutes binding acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Section 37

Mobile OTP (One-Time Password).

Everett Shuttle considers security, user privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations when sending OTPs. The following points outline our OTP policy:

OTP policy principles

  • User consent: We obtain clear and informed consent from users before sending OTPs to their mobile devices. We clearly explain the purpose of OTPs and how they will be used.
  • Purpose: We clearly state the purpose of sending OTPs — such as account verification, password reset, transaction authorization, or two-factor authentication.
  • Security measures: We implement robust security measures to protect OTPs from unauthorized access or interception, including encryption, secure transmission protocols, and secure storage.
  • Message content: OTP messages are concise, informative, and clearly indicate their purpose. We avoid including any sensitive or personally identifiable information in the OTP message itself.
  • Message delivery: We ensure OTPs are delivered promptly and reliably to the user's registered mobile number via reliable SMS gateways.
  • Message expiry: We set an appropriate expiry time for OTPs to mitigate the risk of misuse. Once an OTP expires, it should no longer be considered valid.
  • Opt-out options: Users can opt out of receiving OTPs if they no longer wish to use the associated services or prefer alternative authentication methods.
  • Data retention: We define a data retention policy for OTPs that specifies how long the OTPs and associated user data will be stored.
  • Compliance: We adhere to relevant data protection and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
Section 38

SMS notification service.

Everett Shuttle provides SMS notifications ("Shuttle Alerts") to keep passengers informed about important transaction-related details regarding their reservations.

Explanation of service

These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Booking confirmations and reminders prior to scheduled pick-up.
  • Real-time notifications when your driver is en route to your location.
  • Arrival alerts when your driver has reached the designated pick-up location.

You can manage the types of notifications you receive through your account settings on our website at everettshuttle.com.

Subscribing & opt-out

Any Everett Shuttle passenger profile with a valid mobile phone number will automatically be enrolled in Shuttle Alerts upon account setup unless otherwise specified. SMS notifications are sent exclusively for transactional purposes and in compliance with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 and the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

To opt out via SMS: Reply to any received message with the word STOP from your mobile phone.

To opt out via online account: Log in to your Everett Shuttle account, navigate to notification preferences, and adjust your settings. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive Shuttle Alerts unless you re-subscribe in the future.

Pricing & carrier charges

Everett Shuttle provides SMS notifications free of charge. However, message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's text plan. Please check with your carrier for specific SMS rates and fees.

Eligibility

By subscribing to Shuttle Alerts, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you are either the registered owner of the mobile number provided, or you have explicit permission from the mobile account holder. Everett Shuttle is not responsible for unauthorized use of the SMS service.

Customer support

For help with Shuttle Alerts, you can call our customer support team at +1 (425) 979-5999, or request assistance from your mobile phone by texting the word HELP to the number from which you received the original SMS.

Section 39

Non-waiver policy.

Everett Shuttle's failure to enforce, insist upon, or require strict compliance with any term, condition, or covenant outlined in this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver, relinquishment, or forfeiture of our rights, remedies, or ability to enforce those provisions in the future.

No waiver of rights

Any failure, delay, or omission by Everett Shuttle to exercise or enforce any right, power, or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such rights or remedies. Everett Shuttle retains the full authority to enforce compliance with all terms at any time, regardless of prior leniency or inaction. Any waiver of a specific provision must be made explicitly in writing and authorized by Everett Shuttle to be considered valid.

No implied waivers

No waiver shall be implied based on conduct, silence, or past practices. Each instance of non-enforcement shall be treated independently, and Everett Shuttle reserves the right to enforce compliance at any time. A waiver of enforcement for any provision shall not constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches of the same provision or other provisions within these Terms and Conditions.

Section 40

Governing law & jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of any other courts is expressly excluded, regardless of your actual state or country of residence.

Entire agreement & modifications

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Everett Shuttle and the user regarding the subject matter herein. No other agreements, representations, or warranties—whether oral, written, or implied—shall bind either party unless explicitly stated in this Agreement.

Everett Shuttle reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

Assignment & severability

User rights under this Agreement are non-transferable and non-assignable. Any attempt to assign or transfer your rights to another individual or entity may result in immediate termination of this Agreement without liability to Everett Shuttle. Everett Shuttle, however, reserves the right to assign this Agreement and any related obligations to any person, company, or legal entity at any time without prior notice.

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be applied to the maximum extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be valid, binding, and enforceable, unaffected by the invalidity of any term.
