Cancellation Policy
Everett Shuttle understands that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy.
Cancellation & refund eligibility
- Full refund — cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund. Cancellations must be made through the Everett Shuttle website or official mobile app.
- Non-refundable booking fees (phone reservations) — if a reservation was made over the phone, the booking fee is non-refundable even if canceled 24 hours before pickup.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) — cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be refunded.
- Same-day bookings (within 24 hours of pickup) — reservations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.
- Reservation abandonment — if you fail to appear at the designated pickup location and are unreachable via the "Day of Travel" contact number provided, the reservation will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.
How to cancel a reservation
- Online — log in to your Everett Shuttle account, go to the Travel History page, and select the reservation you wish to cancel.
- Mobile app — cancel your booking following the same process as the website.
- Customer support — for assistance, contact our support team. Phone cancellations are subject to the non-refundable booking-fee policy.
Refund processing
Approved refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays. For any cancellation or refund inquiries, please contact Everett Shuttle's Customer Support Team.
Flight Cancellations & Delays
Everett Shuttle understands that airline schedules may be subject to delays or cancellations beyond a traveler's control. To accommodate disruptions while keeping scheduling efficient, the following applies.
Your responsibility to notify us
You are required to notify Everett Shuttle as soon as possible if your flight is delayed or canceled. Failure to communicate airline-related changes in a timely manner may result in reservation abandonment and forfeiture of the fare with no refund.
Impact on reservations
If a flight delay causes a missed pickup, Everett Shuttle will attempt to reschedule the ride, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Travelers affected by flight cancellations may qualify for a refund only if a replacement reservation is made for a later time. Rescheduling and refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the severity of the delay and our availability.
How to notify Everett Shuttle
Tipping Policy
Everett Shuttle values the professionalism and dedication of our chauffeurs. Tipping is optional but appreciated as a way to recognize excellent service.
- Online at booking — add a tip at checkout on our website or app. A suggested percentage is pre-selected, but you can adjust or remove it before completing your purchase.
- In person — in cash directly to the driver after the ride, or by credit card if your chauffeur can process payments.
- Phone reservations — tip the driver in cash or by credit card in person at the time of service.
Oversized & Extra Luggage
Everett Shuttle strives to provide a seamless, comfortable travel experience for all passengers.
Standard baggage allowance — included at no cost
- Each passenger is allowed up to one (1) checked bag and one (1) carry-on item free of charge.
- Carry-on items must be small enough to fit under the seat or in an overhead compartment.

Child Seat Policy
Everett Shuttle is committed to the safety and well-being of all passengers, especially young travelers.
- You may bring your own child safety seat at no additional charge.
- If you'd like Everett Shuttle to provide a child seat, there is a $20 per seat fee.
Infant seats (rear-facing) for children under 2 · Toddler seats (forward-facing) for children 2–5 · Booster seats for children who meet the height and weight requirements.
Service Animal & Pet Policy
Everett Shuttle welcomes service animals and pets onboard while ensuring a safe, comfortable experience for all passengers.
Service animals
Service animals are always permitted in Everett Shuttle vehicles, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). No additional fees apply for service animals.
