From getting-ready suite to first-look location to ceremony — with the dress, the bouquets, and everyone's nerves intact.
Continuous timed loops between hotels, ceremony, and reception. Guests park once, drink freely, and get home safely.
Ceremony at the chapel, reception at the winery? We move the full party — bride, groom, family, photographer — between venues on your timeline.
The morning after — gentle pickups for the post-wedding brunch, family-to-airport runs, the bride and groom to their honeymoon flight.
These are our most-booked configurations. Mix vehicles, adjust hours, add the morning-after brunch run — we shape it around your timeline. Final quote always provided in writing before booking.
Up to 30 guests · single venue · 4–5 hours

★ All packages include licensed and insured drivers, $5M liability coverage, 30-min complimentary overtime buffer, and our standard wedding decor kit. Peak-season Saturdays (May–October) require a 25% non-refundable deposit at booking.
A wedding shuttle isn't an Uber. It takes weeks of coordination to make the day feel effortless. Here's the rhythm of working with us.
You send venue details, guest count, and a rough timeline. We respond within one business day with a written quote, recommended vehicles, and any timing concerns to address early (peak Saturdays book out fast).
A dedicated wedding coordinator from our team becomes your point of contact. They join your planner's communication thread, get added to the shared timeline, and review venue routes themselves.
Manifest signed off, pickup times confirmed to the minute, VIP routing finalized, and any special requests (decor, signage, champagne) staged. Your coordinator is now reachable on cell, 24/7, through the wedding weekend.
For The Snohomish and Heritage packages, a non-driver coordinator is on-site managing dispatch, dealing with anything unexpected (a missing guest, a late ceremony, a flat tire), and keeping the bride and groom unaware that any of it is happening.
For Heritage packages, Sunday brunch transport and airport departures are pre-staged from the night before. The newlyweds can sleep in, knowing their flight to Maui is already covered.
Everything detailed before the morning of, polished to mirror finish, stocked with water and champagne flutes, and decorated to your liking. Drivers in formal attire, always.
For the couple's getaway moment, the bridal party first-look, or a private SeaTac transfer. Lincoln Continental, polished to mirror finish, decor-ready.
The wedding workhorse. Spacious enough for the bridal party in full dress, comfortable enough for guests doing late-night loops. Two of these covers most weddings up to 120 guests.
For larger guest loops at estate weddings, group transfers from a single hotel, or end-of-night returns. Coach-style seating, panoramic windows, overhead storage.
These are venues we've shuttled weddings at multiple times. We know the parking layout, the best guest drop-off point, and which back roads avoid the ferry traffic on a Saturday afternoon.
Don't see your venue? We serve every venue in Snohomish County and most in King County. Send us your venue and we'll confirm we know it (or do an on-site recce before your wedding).

Six common questions about timing, decoration, multi-venue coordination, and contingencies. For broader questions, see the full FAQ page.
We recommend booking 6–9 months in advance for peak season (May–October), especially for popular Snohomish County venues. Last-minute bookings within 30 days can sometimes be accommodated — call to check availability. Our calendar fills up first for Saturdays in June, August, and September.
Wedding bookings have a 4-hour minimum. Most couples book 5–8 hours depending on whether they need pre-ceremony pickups, between-venue transport, and end-of-night returns. The Snohomish package (our most popular) is 6 hours, which covers the typical Saturday wedding from getting-ready through last-call.
Yes — couples are welcome to add tasteful interior decor, a "just married" sign, or a wedding hashtag display. We provide a basic decor kit free of charge or coordinate with your florist or planner directly. We do ask that no exterior decoration be applied with adhesive that could damage paint.
Absolutely. We coordinate timed loops between ceremony, reception, and lodging, with the bridal party, guests, and vendors all moved on the schedule you set with our wedding coordinator. Multi-venue is what we do best — about 60% of our weddings involve at least two venues.
Built-in flexibility is part of every booking. Drivers stay on-site for your full booked window plus 30 minutes of complimentary buffer. Beyond that, additional time is billed at the hourly rate with no surge. We'd much rather extend than rush you out — your wedding doesn't have a hard out unless you make it one.
Yes — many of our weddings are booked through wedding planners. We assign a dedicated coordinator to your event who works directly with your planner on timing, manifest, and contingencies. Most planners we work with have done 3+ weddings with us, so the coordination is well-rehearsed.
Send us the basics — date, venue, guest count — and we'll send back a tailored quote and timeline draft within one business day. No deposit required to start the conversation.
