How do I book a shuttle?

You can book your shuttle online through our website or by calling our customer service team. Advance reservations are recommended to secure your spot, especially during peak travel times. Please call us at +1 (425) 979-5999 or email us at info@everettshuttle.com

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, we offer child and booster seats upon request. Please let us know at the time of booking to ensure availability.

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight statuses to adjust pickup times accordingly. No need to worry—our drivers will be there when you arrive.

How will i identify your driver?

Your driver will call or text you right after you call with your door number, so you will have direct contact with the driver for easy identification.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger is allowed two standard-sized bags and one carry-on. Additional or oversized luggage may incur extra charges.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24/7, ensuring you have transportation no matter your flight time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Are pets allowed on the shuttle?

Small pets in carriers are welcome. Service animals are allowed at no extra charge. Please notify us in advance if you’ll be traveling with a pet.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

How to find my ride at the airport?

Pre-Arranged Pickups: Please collect your bags from baggage claim and walk right out to the curb. The door you will walk out from has a number on it; please call us with that door number, and the car will pick you up within five minutes. Your car is on standby after your flight lands.

Right Away Pickups: Collect your luggage and walk right out to the curb. The door you walk out from has a number on it; please call us with that door number, and the car will pick you up within 5–10 minutes.

Do you offer door-to-door service?

Yes, we offer convenient door-to-door service from your home, hotel, or business to the airport and back.
