How do I book an Everett Shuttle ride?

You can book Everett Shuttle three ways:

Online and phone bookings receive instant email and SMS confirmation.

How far in advance should I book my shuttle?

At least 24 hours in advance is recommended to guarantee availability. Same-day bookings are accommodated whenever possible — call our 24/7 dispatch line at +1 (425) 979-5999 for same-day requests.

Can I book a shuttle for someone else?

Yes. You can book on behalf of family members, employees, clients, or guests. Provide the passenger's name, pickup address, contact phone number, and flight or trip details at the time of booking. We'll send confirmation to both you and the passenger.

Will I get a confirmation when I book?

Yes. Every Everett Shuttle reservation receives an email confirmation immediately and an SMS confirmation 24 hours before pickup. A second SMS is sent when your driver is en route, including driver name, photo, vehicle make/model, and license plate.

Can I modify or change my reservation?

Yes. Modifications can be made any time before pickup by calling +1 (425) 979-5999 or emailing info@everettshuttle.com. Changes made more than 24 hours in advance are free; same-day changes may be subject to a small adjustment fee depending on the change requested.

How much is a shuttle from Everett to SeaTac?

Everett Shuttle to SeaTac starts at $145 one-way for a standard sedan. Final fare depends on exact pickup address, group size, and vehicle class. Flat rates are quoted before booking with no surge fees, ever.

How much is a shuttle from Everett to Paine Field?

Everett Shuttle to Paine Field (PAE) starts at $85 one-way. Drive time is 15 to 30 minutes, making PAE the fastest and most affordable airport option for Snohomish County residents.

Do you charge surge pricing?

No. Everett Shuttle never charges surge pricing. Our rates are flat and quoted upfront before booking. This is true at all hours, including 4am pickups, holidays, weather events, and high-demand travel periods.

What payment methods do you accept?

Everett Shuttle accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and cash. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Corporate accounts with centralized billing and monthly invoicing are available.

Is gratuity included or expected?

Gratuity is not included in the flat rate and is left to your discretion. A 15-20% tip is customary for excellent service, but never expected. You can add gratuity at booking or hand it to the driver directly.

Yes. Everett Shuttle is door-to-door from any address in our service area. We pick up at residences, hotels, offices, hospitals, senior living facilities, and event venues — your driver arrives at your specific address, not a pickup zone or designated stop.

Can you pick up from Tulalip Resort Casino?

Yes. We provide regular pickup and drop-off at Tulalip Resort Casino, Quil Ceda Village, and the surrounding Tulalip area. This is one of our most-served destinations for SeaTac and cruise terminal transfers.

Are your shuttles shared or private?

Every Everett Shuttle ride is private. The vehicle is reserved for you and your party only — no extra stops for other passengers, no shared rides, no added travel time unless you request multi-stop pickups for your own group.

How clean are your vehicles?

Every vehicle is cleaned between rides, with a thorough deep-cleaning weekly. Our fleet is inspected on a strict schedule and we maintain professional appearance standards. Pet-friendly cleaning is performed after any ride with a service animal or pet.

Do you have luxury or executive vehicles?

Yes. Our luxury sedan, luxury SUV, and Mercedes Sprinter classes are designated for executive transport, VIP pickups, and clients who prefer a premium experience. Request a specific class when booking, or let dispatch recommend based on your party size and trip.

Do you offer child car seats?

Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Just note the age and weight of your child when you book and the appropriate seat will be installed before pickup. We follow Washington State child passenger safety laws.

Is your service wheelchair accessible?

We can accommodate folding wheelchairs and walkers in our standard fleet — please note this requirement when booking. Can I bring my pet?

Flight Tracking & Delays

How we handle delays, cancellations, and unexpected schedule changes.

Do you track flights?

Yes. Everett Shuttle monitors SeaTac and Paine Field arrivals in real time and automatically adjusts pickup times for delays. You don't need to update us if your flight is delayed — we track it and we'll be there when you land.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust pickup time based on real-time flight tracking. Up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time is included on returns at no extra charge. For longer delays, we'll coordinate by phone.

What if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled, contact dispatch as soon as you can at +1 (425) 979-5999. We'll work with you to reschedule pickup for your new flight or arrange a one-way trip home from the airport at no penalty if you've already departed for it.

What if I'm running late for an outbound pickup?

Call dispatch immediately at +1 (425) 979-5999. We can extend pickup time if our schedule allows, or coordinate an alternate pickup. As long as you communicate, we'll work with you. The reservation is held 15 minutes past scheduled pickup automatically.

Are your drivers background-checked?

Yes. 100% of Everett Shuttle drivers pass a comprehensive 7-year background check, ongoing random drug testing, and motor vehicle record screening. All drivers are W-2 employees, not gig contractors or independent operators.

Are your drivers professional employees?

Yes. Every Everett Shuttle driver is a full W-2 employee with benefits, ongoing training, and a professional driving background. We don't use rideshare contractors or part-time gig workers. Many of our drivers have been with us for 10+ years.

How will I identify my driver?

Before your ride, you'll receive an SMS with your driver's name, photo, vehicle make, model, and license plate. Drivers also carry photo ID and wear an Everett Shuttle uniform or branded clothing. They'll greet you by name.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Everett Shuttle is fully licensed and commercially insured for Washington State passenger transportation. For larger vehicles, we partner with UTC-registered operators to ensure full regulatory compliance on every ride, regardless of vehicle class.

Policies & Cancellations

Cancellation policy, no-shows, refunds, and privacy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged the full fare. Corporate accounts may have customized cancellation terms — contact your account manager for details.

Do you have a no-show policy?

If a passenger is not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled time and has not contacted dispatch, the reservation is marked no-show and the full fare is charged. Calling +1 (425) 979-5999 to communicate delays prevents this every time.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are issued for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance, service failures on our end, or significant schedule changes you don't approve. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Do you have a privacy policy?

How do I set up a corporate account?

What benefits do corporate accounts get?

Corporate accounts receive:
