Black car service exists for moments where the vehicle, the chauffeur, and the experience reflect on you. Here's where it earns its place.
Daily commutes, board meetings, off-site retreats, and the rides that bookend a long day. Quiet, comfortable, on-time.
First impression starts at the airport curb. Inside-terminal meet-and-greet, name placard, luggage handled, doors opened.
Multi-stop investor days, sales calls, or property tours. Dedicated chauffeur for the duration, single billing event.
Fundraisers, conferences, theater nights, holiday parties. Discreet drop-off, scheduled return, no Uber surge to worry about.
All hourly black car rates include the chauffeur, the vehicle, fuel, and water. No surge. No hidden gratuity (gratuity is optional and goes 100% to the chauffeur). Tap a vehicle class to switch the table.
★ Hourly rates include up to 25 miles within Snohomish/King County per hour. Additional mileage $2.50/mile. Out-of-region trips (Bellingham, Tacoma+) quoted separately. Corporate accounts receive 10–18% off published rates.
When ground transportation becomes a line item rather than a one-off expense, you need infrastructure. Here's what's included when you open a corporate account with Everett Shuttle.
One consolidated monthly invoice for all rides across every employee. Net 30, paid by ACH, wire, or AmEx.
One named person for VIP requests, billing questions, and changes. Direct cell line, not a queue.
CSV exports of every trip with rider, date, route, cost, and notes. Filter by department, project, or cost center.
Per-ride coding to projects, clients, departments, or events. Integrates with Concur, Expensify, and Ramp.
Self-serve portal for designated bookers. Approval workflows, preferred-rider profiles, recurring schedules.
10–18% discount on published rates based on monthly volume. Quarterly rate reviews. No annual minimums.
Tell us your monthly volume and use cases. We'll send a custom rate card, sample reporting, and the account paperwork. First 90 days are month-to-month — keep us only if we earn it.
Every black car vehicle is detailed before every ride, less than 3 years old, and stocked with bottled water, phone chargers, and tissue. Wi-Fi available on Sprinters by request.
Lincoln Continental or Cadillac XTS. The default choice for individual executives, attorneys, and quiet point-to-point business runs. Heated leather, privacy glass, immaculate.
Cadillac Escalade ESV or Chevy Suburban. For VIP guests, larger client parties, or executives who prefer the higher seating position. Captain's chairs in row two, abundant cargo.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Executive. Quad captain's seating, conference table option, panoramic windows. The choice for board offsites, investor days, and team movement.
Anyone can rent a black sedan. The difference is who's driving it. Our chauffeurs are uniformed, drug-tested, background-checked, and trained on hospitality — not just the road.
Multi-state criminal, driving record, and identity verification before hire. Re-verified annually.
Pre-employment plus random testing throughout the year. Zero-tolerance policy on the road.
Dark suit, tie, polished shoes. Pressed and refreshed daily. Never jeans or branded gear.
All chauffeurs sign confidentiality agreements. What's said in the car stays in the car — always.
All drivers based in Snohomish County. They know the back roads, the rush-hour shortcuts, the hotels.
