How early should I be picked up for my flight from Everett?
For SeaTac, pickup 3 hours before domestic flights and 4 hours before international flights is recommended. For Paine Field, 2 hours before is usually plenty — it's a much smaller airport. Our dispatcher confirms the recommended pickup time when you book based on your flight number and time of day.
Do you track my flight in real time?
Yes. Every return trip is paired with live flight tracking. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we automatically adjust the pickup time and notify you by SMS. Up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time is included after landing.
What happens if I miss my pickup or am running late?
Call dispatch at +1 (425) 979-5999 immediately. For airport departures, we maintain buffer in our schedule. For pickups on return, drivers wait up to 60 minutes free; after that a modest wait fee applies. We'd rather wait than have you miss us.
Do you provide child car seats for airport rides?
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are provided free of charge. Just note the age and weight of each child when booking and the appropriate seat will be installed before pickup. We carry seats meeting all current Washington State safety standards.
Can I book a round trip from Everett to SeaTac?
Yes. Round-trip bookings receive a 10% discount on the return leg. Both legs are confirmed at the time of booking, and flight tracking is automatically applied to the return. You'll get the same vehicle class on both legs unless you specify otherwise.
What if my flight is delayed several hours?
Up to 60 minutes of wait time is complimentary. For longer delays we either keep the driver assigned with a modest hourly wait fee, or dispatch a fresh driver at no extra charge if the delay is significant — whichever is more cost-effective for you. The dispatcher reaches out before the original driver leaves.
