Rates are one-way starting prices. Round-trip (embark + disembark) bookings get 10% off the return. Multi-stop pickups +$15 per stop. Luggage handling included for up to 2 large suitcases + 1 carry-on per passenger.

Built for cruise travelers

Luggage and groups, handled properly.

Cruise trips bring more bags, more people, and more variables than a typical airport run. The way we handle both is built specifically for cruise travelers — not adapted from another service.

Luggage handling

Bags from your door to the pier.

Cruise luggage is heavier and more numerous than typical airport luggage. Our drivers are trained to handle it — and our pricing builds it in, no nickel-and-diming.

  • Up to 2 large suitcases + 1 carry-on per passenger included
  • Additional pieces accommodated on request — no surcharge
  • Driver assistance from your door to vehicle, and curb to pier luggage drop
  • Oversized items (golf clubs, mobility devices, garment bags) welcome
Multi-stop pickups

One vehicle. Multiple addresses.

Families and friend groups don't always live at the same address. We route a single vehicle through 2–3 pickup points across Snohomish County — substantially cheaper than separate bookings.

  • Up to 3 pickup addresses on a single booking
  • $15 per additional stop — vs. $107+ for a separate booking
  • Optimized routing by dispatch to minimize total travel time
  • Vehicle matched to total group size, not individual pickup

What to expect

Four steps from booked to boarded.

Cruise embarkation has more moving parts than airport drop-off — the pier opens at a specific time, all-aboard is a hard cutoff, and luggage drop is a separate stop. We handle the choreography.

01
Book

Reserve with sailing details

Pick your pier, pickup city, vehicle, and sailing date. Share your ship name and all-aboard time and we'll quote a pickup that lands you at the pier 2–3 hours before departure.

02
Confirm

Pickup time verified

We cross-check your pier and ship against current cruise schedules. If your sailing has an unusual all-aboard or pier shift, dispatch will flag it before final confirmation. Email + SMS confirmation lands in your inbox.

03
Pickup

Door-to-pier service

Driver arrives 5–10 minutes early. Luggage loaded from your door, additional stops collected en route, then direct to your specific pier and terminal. Drop at the correct luggage drop area, not a generic curb.

04
Return

Disembarkation monitored

For round-trip bookings, dispatch tracks your ship's arrival status. Driver heads to the pier as your disembarkation group is called, with 60 minutes of free wait built in for customs and luggage claim.

Vehicle options

Vehicles sized for cruise luggage.

Cruise luggage volume is roughly double an equivalent airport trip — more days at sea means more bags. Vehicle recommendations below assume cruise-typical luggage, not airport-typical.

Executive Sedan

1–3 PAX 3 LARGE BAGS BLACK

For solo cruisers and couples with typical cruise luggage. Tight luggage capacity — recommended only if you're traveling light or with 1–2 medium bags total.

  • Best for: Couples, 1–2 large + 1 carry-on each
  • Pier 91 from: $107 one-way
  • Pier 66 from: $115 one-way

Premium SUV

4–6 PAX 6 LARGE BAGS BLACK

The cruise sweet spot. Roomy enough for a family of four with full cruise luggage, or two couples sharing a transfer. Heated leather seats and ample cargo space.

  • Best for: Families, two couples, full cruise luggage
  • Pier 91 from: $135 one-way
  • Pier 66 from: $145 one-way

Mercedes Sprinter

7–14 PAX 14+ LARGE BAGS BLACK / WHITE

  • Best for: Multi-gen families, friend groups, 7–14 cruisers
  • Pier 91 from: $195 one-way
  • Pier 66 from: $215 one-way
Disembarkation day

The return trip is where most cruise shuttles fail.

Disembarkation is unpredictable. Customs queues, baggage delays, weather slowdowns — anyone can drive you to a pier; few do the return well. Here's our approach.

Ship arrival tracking

Dispatch monitors your specific ship's docking status from port arrival through customs clearance. Driver dispatched only when your disembarkation group is realistically clearing the pier.

60 min complimentary wait

One full hour of free wait built into every return trip. Customs delays, lost luggage, slow disembarkation — all absorbed without extra charge.

SMS at every step

"Driver heading to pier." "Driver arrived." "Driver standing at curb." Three text updates so you know exactly when to come out — no scanning the pickup lane looking for your car.

Designated pickup zone

Pier 91 and Pier 66 both have specific pickup zones for pre-arranged transportation. We meet you in the correct zone with your name on the windshield placard — not in the general taxi queue.

Pier 91 · Alaska
★★★★★

Six adults, six full cruise suitcases, three carry-ons, two pickup addresses. Driver showed up with a Sprinter and a calm smile, handled every bag, and got us to Pier 91 with two hours to spare. Booked again before we even boarded.

Pier 91 Return · Delayed
★★★★★

Our ship was an hour late docking and customs was a disaster. Walked out at 10:30am and our driver was waiting in the pickup zone with our name on the windshield, didn't bat an eye. Took us home like nothing was unusual.

★★★★★

I book cruises for 80+ clients a year and ground transport used to be my worst headache. Now I just email Everett Shuttle the manifest. Net rates are fair, billing is clean, and clients consistently thank me for the recommendation.

Cruise questions

Answers for cruise travelers.

Six common questions about timing, luggage, pier assignments, multi-stop pickups, and contingencies. For broader questions, see the full FAQ page.

What time should I arrive at the cruise terminal?

Most cruise lines recommend arriving 2–3 hours before departure. For Pier 91 (Smith Cove), boarding typically opens 11am–12pm with all-aboard at 3:30–4pm. We'll quote a pickup time based on your specific sailing — usually 3–4 hours before all-aboard, factoring in pickup-city distance and Saturday I-5 traffic.

How does luggage handling work?

Our drivers handle all luggage from your door to the pier's luggage drop area. We accommodate 2 large suitcases plus 1 carry-on per passenger as standard, with additional pieces available on request. No extra fee for cruise luggage allowances — it's already built into our flat rate.

Which Pier does my cruise line use?

Pier 91 (Smith Cove): Princess, Holland America, NCL (most Alaska sailings), Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. Pier 66 (Bell Street): NCL (some sailings), Oceania, and smaller cruise lines. We'll confirm the correct pier when you book — never assume based on cruise line alone, as pier assignments can shift mid-season.

Can you do multi-stop pickups for travel groups?

Yes. Multi-stop pickups are common for families and friend groups traveling together. We can pick up at 2–3 addresses across Snohomish County on the same trip. Additional stops are $15 each — substantially less than two separate bookings.

Do you handle disembarkation day pickups?

Yes — return transfers are scheduled at booking and our dispatch monitors ship arrival status. Most cruises disembark between 7am and 10am; we'll quote a pickup time based on your ship and disembarkation group. Drivers wait 60 minutes free if disembarkation runs late.

What if my cruise is delayed or cancelled?

Embarkation delays: we adjust pickup at no charge with 4+ hours notice. Cruise cancellations: full refund with 24+ hours notice. We also coordinate hotel transfers if your sailing is rescheduled by the cruise line — many of our clients have used us for the "stuck in Seattle" pivot when ships were late arriving.

Ready when you are

Set sail without the pier-day stress.

Book your transfer online in under two minutes, or call dispatch and we'll quote both legs (embark + disembark) while you're on the phone. Travel agents — call our cruise desk for group blocks and net rates.
