- Flat-rate, all-in. Tolls, fuel surcharges, and standard wait time are already included.

Which service should I book for a wedding?
Our Wedding Shuttle Service is the right fit — it includes a dedicated wedding coordinator, Mercedes Sprinters or shuttle buses for guest transport, and timeline coordination with your planner. For just the bridal party to and from the venue, a Sprinter or Luxury SUV booked through the same service is most popular.
What's the difference between Black Car Service and Airport Shuttle?
Airport Shuttle is our flat-rate, door-to-door service to and from regional airports, available in any of our eight vehicle classes. Black Car Service is specifically executive-tier — luxury sedan or SUV only, suited chauffeur, and available for any point-to-point trip, not just airports. Many corporate clients use Black Car for client pickups and Airport Shuttle for travel days.
Do you offer hourly bookings?
Yes. Our City Tours & Day Trips and Meetings & Events services are priced hourly, with a typical three-hour minimum. Hourly is best when you need the vehicle and driver on standby — multi-stop trips, event loops, or a full day of meetings.
How does a corporate account work?
A corporate account consolidates all your company's rides under a single billing relationship. You receive Net 30 monthly invoices with cost-center tagging, a dedicated account manager, custom rate cards for high-volume routes, and priority dispatch. Best for companies booking five or more rides per month.
Can you handle very large groups?
Yes. For groups over 24, we coordinate multi-vehicle charters under our Large Group Charters service — multiple shuttle buses or Sprinters running synchronized routes. We've handled events with 200+ guests and conventions with continuous loop service between hotels and venues.
What if I need a service that isn't listed?
